This Authentic Antique Chinese Painting Table is handcrafted in elegant Ming Style with simple and straight line. The table was originally made as calligraphy painting table. The table can be displayed from both sides. The table is crafted with wooden pegs and tenon structure; which is the very traditional craftsmanship for furniture making in ancient China. Can be used as Library Table, Hallway Table, Buffet Table or as desk. This painting table is very deep and tall. Circa early of 19th century. Original patina and wear. Made from Cypress and elm wood with beautiful wood grain, the table is very solid and has been kept in excellent condition.
