Antique Chinese Wash Stand (5975) Circa early of 19th century

This antique Chinese Wash Stand is circa early of 19th century. Traditional Chinese auspicious design of "dragon, lotus, bat and scroll" decorate the panels of the stand. The middle panel of the stand was framed with the original mirror. The fine carvings on this Wash Stand exemplifies the refined skills of the most talented craftsmen of Ming Qing dynasty. The wash stand is handcrafted and structured with wooden pegs and tenon structure---the traditional craftsmanship for furniture making in ancient China. Circa early of 19th century. Original patina and wear. Made from Elm wood with beautiful wood grain, the wash stand has been kept in excellent condition.
